We started off by being broken into groups with the different classes. Then we worked with boxtops to raise money for our school and other schools.

Then we went outside to play games. Each teacher had a station. Mrs. Black did the Human Knot. Mrs. Penney played Keep the Balloons in the Air. Mrs. Barren played Name Ball. Mrs. Downing played Sharks and Minnows and Rockstar.

Mr. V then came and taught us a song called You've Got a Friend. The whole second grade sang. We got the lyrics on a paper. The girls sang first and then the boys sang.
